Cherished son of the late Conceicao Maria (Melo) and Jose B. Couto. Beloved better half of the late Kunya Clancy. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends. Visiting hours at the Rogers Funeral Home, 380 Cambridge St., Cambridge on Monday, July 22, 2019 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Anthony’s Church, 400 Cardinal Medeiros Avenue, in Cambridge at 11:00 am. Interment will be at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett at 12:20 pm. Edward was a longtime member of Washington Lodge A. F. & A. M. in Lexington, Massachusetts.
